How do we do a better job?

We're constantly looking to improve things at MARS. This blog is an example. Communication is critical in our organization - just like it is in so many others. Since we cover a fairly large geographic region of the metroplex it is difficult to get all of our families together for a "traditional" team meeting. We're put together our "Coffee Talks" at area Starbucks to make access to the staff a little easier. This blog is another step towards improved communication.
